ఈ పోస్ట్  లో చెన్నై లోకల్ గా ఉన్న టెంపుల్స్ ని పోస్ట్ చేయబోతున్నాను . చెన్నై లో మీరు ఏ ప్లేస్ కి వెళ్ళిన టెంపుల్ ఉండే ఉంటుంది . చాలా టెంపుల్స్ నే ఇక్కడ ఉన్నాయ్ . చెన్నై అనగానే మీరు కాంచీపురం , మధురై వాటికోసం చెప్పడం లేదు . చెన్నై లో ఉన్న టెంపుల్స్ కోసం మాట్లాడుతున్నాను .
Through this post I would like to share information regarding the temples in Chennai. We could find many temples in every nuke and corner in Chennai. We would find the most famous temples here. People may think I am referring to the most famous and elegant temples such as kanchipuram, Madhurai, Mahabalipuram near to Chennai, I would just share famous temples in Chennai only.

Vadapalani Murugan Temple

Vadapalani Andavar Temple is located in Vadapalani, Chennai. The temple is dedicated to Lord Muruga. The temple was renovated in 1920s and a Rajakopuram was built during that time. The temple has grown in popularity believed in part due to the patronage of cinema stars

Built about 125 years back, this much-hallowed and regularly frequented Lord Muruga sannidhi has emerged from a thatched shed, an unostentatious one enshrining a Murugan picture only, and established for itself a name on par with ancient places of worship. Around 7,000 couples are married here each year.

Agastheeswarar Temple - Villivakkam

Located in the Sivan Koil Street, Villivakkam, Chennai
సెంట్రల్ రైల్వే స్టేషన్ నుంచి లోకల్ ట్రైన్ లో విల్లివాక్కం చేరుకోవచ్చు . 25 ని॥ సమయం పడుతుంది . రైల్వే స్టేషన్ నుంచి బస్సు స్టాండ్ కి వస్తే స్వామి వారి టెంపుల్ దగ్గరలోనే ఉంటుంది . 
మీరు తిరుత్తణ్ణి , అరక్కోణం , ఆవడి , వెళ్ళే ట్రైన్ ఎక్కాలి . సెంట్రల్ నుంచి 5-6 స్టాప్ లు తరువాత వస్తుంది . పెరంబుర్ స్టాప్ తరువాత మూడో స్టాప్ .

Located in the Sivan Koil Street, Villivakkam, Chennai. We can reach villivakam from central railway station in 25 min.  From railway station you would like to travel by bus, the temple will be near by. 

We need to get in to the train which travels through Thirruthuni, Aarakonam, Avadi. From central our destination will be reached after 5 -6 stops. Third stop from Perrambur.

ఈ రెండు టెంపుల్స్ దగ్గర్లోనే ఉంటాయి . పక్కన స్వామి వారి టెంపుల్ కూడా ఉంటుంది .

Tiruvotriyur is located about 10 kms from Chennai. Trains from the Chennai Central Suburban Railway Station in the route marked ‘Chennai – Gummidipundi’ stop at Tiruvotriyur. Tiruvotriyur is also accessible by local Government buses.
